You’re touched out, sleep deprived, and maybe a little disconnected with who you see in the mirror. But you want to feel strong, have faith in your pelvic floor, and not feel so “loosey-goosey” around your mid-section. You want to feel like yourself again.
This isn’t your basic Pinterest workout plan.
We start where you are at. Not where you “think” you should be or where your best friend Margarette was when she gave birth. We tailor everything to fit your schedule and your body’s current needs. This includes

Exercises to restore core and pelvic floor function (I’m a certified pregnancy and postpartum corrective exercise specialist (PCES)!
A progressive strength training program that’s gentle but effective
Address the patterns that are contributing to pelvic floor/core symptoms and get the muscles that were affected during pregnancy to show up again, release tension, and ease any pain or discomfort.
Decrease body fat through the use of super sets, short rest times, compound exercises and nutrition (yes, even with just 20 minutes a few times per week)

We’ll stay flexible and adapt to any symptoms, schedule/time changes, or shift in your medical care.
