    Group program designed for the Stay-at-Home Mom who doesn't know where to begin, is short on time, and wants to lose weight and build muscle to get her body feeling and looking like hers.

    This step-by-step program with 20–30 minute strength-based workouts, simple nutrition guidance  that works even when sleep is nonexistent and you’re breastfeeding helps you lose body fat, get stronger, and start recognizing yourself again—without tracking, restriction, or perfection.
