You’re out of the newborn brain fog and finally have control of your nutrition habits. Yes, this is possible. This is doable. This is your future.

This isn’t just about what to eat or holding you accountable. This is about staying consistent with nutrition habits when everything feels hard. When you’re energy depleted, haven’t sat down in hours, your body is healing, and you can’t remember where you set down your cup of coffee. I’ll develop the plan, the tools, and the support to overcome the chaos and make healthy eating not just manageable but enjoyable and easy.

  • Have increased energy, faster recovery, better milk supply, and mental clarity all from nourishing your body with the proper nutrients

  • Learn about your physiological cues and how to stop eating when you feel satisfied and when/what to eat when hungry and how that might change throughout postpartum

  • 6 week program

    • option to add on consecutive 2 weeks or 4 weeks for accountability and support

  • Guide you on how to replenish nutrients lost during birth/pregnancy

  • Help you manage your hunger, hydration, and digestion through strategies such as tuning into your body’s physiological cues and methods to ensure you are getting enough fluids and fiber (no one wants hemorrhoids or constipation)

  • Support and understanding when you are going through it and will gently guide you back

  • Keep you accountable, help you figure out what will work long term for you, and guide you through the unexpected roadblocks that are bound to appear
