Build a solid foundation during these 12 weeks by building muscular strength and mass while improving the function of your core and pelvic floor muscles. Program based on your symptoms, time, goals, values, and needs/wants that’s easy to adhere to.

  • 4 strength focused workouts per week created within your realistic timeframe (as quick as 20 minutes or as long as an hour)

  • Warm up and cool down routine

  • Access and track your workouts through the Everfit App

  • Strength workouts are specific to your goals, use progressive overload to increase strength and muscle mass, use variation to keep making progress and reduce chances of plateau

  • Improve muscle strength and mass

  • Heal and improve the function of your core and pelvic floor muscles

  • Lift your child(ren) and carry them with less fatigue, get back to the activities you love, and make daily life tasks easier

  • Stay consistent and make steady progress with effort and accountability

  • Decrease body fat percentage and “mom pooch” (which can be the last thing that you see changes with which is why it’s so important to stay consistent and put in the effort with your workouts and nutrition)

  • Feel confident and sexy in your postpartum body (feel like YOU again)

  • Weekly coaching call for support, accountability, and to make adjustments to your program if necessary

  • Weekly e-mail check in

  • Diastasis recti assessment

  • C-section scar massage guidance

  • Learn the connection breath and how to apply it to exercises and activities of daily living

  • Nutrition guidance
