✅Learn about your physiological cues and how to stop eating when you feel satisfied and when/what to eat when hungry and how that might change throughout postpartum
✅Build foundational nutrition skills that will not only carry you through postpartum but throughout life
✅Meet your body where it's at and work towards the ideal/realistic habitual diet that fits you and your current needs and how to make changes when you desire or are necessary
