Stay At Home Mom (SAHM) STRONG
An 8-week group strength coaching program built specifically for stay-at-home moms who are short on time and want to lose fat, build strength, and feel like themselves again — without a gym, restrictions, or getting up at 5 A.M.
You don't recognize your body anymore — and honestly, you're over it
I bet this sounds familiar…
> You're a stay-at-home mom with every minute accounted for, and every fitness program you look at seems designed for someone whose life looks nothing like yours.
>You want to lose the baby weight but you're breastfeeding and terrified of tanking your milk supply.
>You don't have a gym membership — or even reliable childcare — so at-home workouts are the only option, but even though you do the postpartum YouTube videos daily, they don’t seem to be working like you want them to.
>You look in the mirror and feel disconnected from your own body — like it belongs to someone else. You just want to feel like you again.
Nobody warns you that postpartum can feel this isolating.
You hear other moms talk about losing themselves — not recognizing their body, feeling invisible — and then it happens to you. And you're dealing with all of this as a stay-at-home mom, often without a ton of support around you. It's a lot.
So you decide: okay, I want to feel like myself again. I want my body to work the way it did before. But then it hits you:
X No gym access or childcare
X Breastfeeding hunger is strong and you’re not sure how many calories to cut, if any.
X Everyone and their mother is telling you that you have to track calories - even though adding this one thing to your plate is enough to break you right now or to hop on a GLP-1 medication even though you know it’s not appropriate for you
X The free workouts on the internet aren’t working and you can’t stick with a routine
X You are afraid that your body is going to feel foreign to you forever
That’s a lot to have to navigate on your own…and you shouldn’t have to.
There’s a better way
What if you had a plan that was actually built for your life?
Not a generic program that barely acknowledges you have a baby to take care of. Not another "meal plan" that ignores your milk supply. Not a YouTube playlist you're winging on your own.
A real step-by-step program with a real coach — someone who's been exactly where you are — showing up for you every single day.
That's exactly why I created Stay At Home Mom Strong.
Hey! I’m Sarah.
I know exactly what it feels like to be postpartum. Feeling weak, lost, and completely disconnected from yourself. I've been there — and I found my way back through the exact same protocol you'll be following inside SAHM Strong.
I didn't just wake up one day and feel strong. I had to figure out what actually works for a postpartum body, what works around a baby's schedule, and what's sustainable long past the initial motivation high. Now I help other moms do the same thing.

Let's be honest about what you actually want.
Not just to "lose weight."
>You want to look in the mirror and recognize yourself - see less rolls around your bra strap and belt line, get rid of your “mom butt” because wtf actually happened there.
> You want to feel strong, confident, and capable in your own body - not shrinking yourself down or feel the need to hide
>You want to be proud of yourself for following through when it seems impossible to do so.
In 8 weeks, here's what that looks like:
>Your clothes will fit differently - Less body fat, firmer glutes, more muscle definition — and you actually feel good getting dressed in the morning.
> Real, visible strength - Not just "feeling the burn." Actual strength you can see and feel — and that carries over into everything else you do. Without progressive overload your body will stop seeing results.
>A Nutrition strategy that sticks - Plug and play strategies that work and adapt to life with kids, work, on the go, and more. Guides to ease the mental load of planning and know just what to eat. No tracking, no restricting, no anxiety towards food. Knowing what to eat is the easy part. Making it last through the chaos is what you need a plan for.
>You feel like YOU again - Strong, capable, in control — and genuinely proud of what you've built.
>The photo is my client’s 8 week transformation (right - when she started, left-end of program) “I have lost inches off of my thighs, hips, and waist, and arms. I have more energy and I feel more confident than ever in a swimsuit!” - G. P.
This program is for you if…
>You’re 2-4 months postpartum and cleared for exercise
>You’re a stay at home mom who’s ready to invest in yourself to help regain your sense of identity and feel good in your skin
>You want to lose fat and build strength from home - you just need dumbbells or a set of resistance bands!
>You have 30 minutes 3 days/week to do the workouts on your own time (may be split up to two 15 minute sessions if you can’t do the full 30 minutes at once)
>You're breastfeeding and need a nutrition approach that supports it
>You’re not sure where to begin and you want structure, accountability, and a clear path forward with real-time guidance
>You’re ready to fit into your clothes better and feel good in them
>You want to connect with other stay at home moms in the same season of life
This program is NOT for you if…
>You’re over 4 months postpartum (Strong and Nourished my 1:1 coaching program may be a better fit! Details here).
>You’re not a stay at home mom (see above link for 1:1 coaching details!)
>You don’t like the idea of being in a virtual group setting. Workouts are done independently on your own time but the support calls are with the group!
>You are not cleared for exercise/don’t feel ready or are looking for gym based workouts (see above link for 1:1 coaching)
>You have severe pelvic floor/core symptoms that interfere with your daily life - please see a pelvic floor PT!
Why SAHM Strong works when everything else hasn't.
It's built specifically for your postpartum body - This isn't a generic fitness program with a postpartum label slapped on it. Every workout, every progression, every nutrition recommendation is designed for where your body actually is right now — 2–4 months postpartum, returning to movement, and possibly breastfeeding
You have a real coach, not just a course - I'm in the Slack community Monday through Friday answering your questions, adjusting your program when life throws a curveball, and making sure you're never just guessing. This is coaching. You're not alone in this.
Strength training not just cardio or "burning calories" - Strength training is the most effective way to change your body composition postpartum. Three well-structured 30-minute workouts a week, built to progressively challenge you, is what actually moves the needle. Keep scrolling to see how my clients transformed in just 8 weeks using this protocol.
A nutrition system that's actually sustainable - No tracking apps, no cutting entire food groups, no supplements. A method that helps you eat nutrient-dense foods, keep your milk supply, reduce the mental load of planning — and still enjoy your favorite snacks. It's designed to last.
Community with moms who actually get it - You're in a group of stay-at-home moms in the same season of life — the same chaos, the same exhaustion, the same goals. That's a different kind of support than a generic fitness community. It's the kind that actually helps you show up. Plus, I’ll be in there every week day to support you and help you through every step of the program.
Don't take my word for it. Here’s what my clients had to say.
I learned lots of new exercises (good variety) to help me gain strength and heal postpartum. She gave good advice and focus to make the program work for me.
I have lost inches off of my thighs, hips, waist, and arms. I have more energy and I feel more confident than ever in a swimsuit!
After completing Sarah's program I am proud of myself for not stressing out about food, proud of keeping my portion sizes under control, and proud of still enjoying some good food while making great choices.
Here's exactly what's inside SAHM Strong.
This is coaching, not a program you’re figuring out on your own.
The 8-Week Strength Program
3 workouts per week, 30 minutes each, built and tracked inside the Everfit App. Progressively structured to actually build strength — not just "feel the burn." All designed to be done at home, no gym required. Must be 2–4 months postpartum and cleared for exercise.
Daily Slack Community Support
I'm in the community every weekday — answering questions, keeping you accountable, and adjusting your plan when real life happens. You're never left guessing. Other members are there too, and that community energy is something you have to experience to understand. You’ll have access to the Slack group 24/7 and are encouraged to post or respond to other members frequently to get the most out of the program.
4 Live Group Coaching Calls
30-minute Zoom calls: 10 minutes of structured discussion led by me, followed by 20 minutes of member-driven support, feedback, and real-talk coaching. These calls are worth showing up for. Replays will be posted in the Slack community if you can’t show up live.
The Nutrition System (Not "Eat This, Not That")
A sustainable, flexible method that reduces the mental load of food planning, supports breastfeeding and muscle growth, and helps you lose body fat — without tracking macros, restricting, or all-or-nothing mindset. Designed to keep working long after the program ends.
Pre-Recorded Videos + PDF Guides
Everything is housed, organized, and ready for you. Watch on your schedule, reference the guides whenever you need, and never have to dig through a cluttered inbox for your "program materials." I give you what you need and what will actually help you.

I see the difference that exercise is making when I look in the mirror. I feel better about myself and I am motivated to continue exercising!

FAQ
Q: I’m breastfeeding. Will this work for me?
Yes! The nutrition strategies provided are bf friendly so you’re milk supply won’t be affected.
Q: I don’t have much time. What’s the full commitment?
You’re exactly who this program is for! You will do 3 workouts per week, 30 minutes each. These can be split into 2 sessions during the day or moved around on your workout calendar I provide for you. I will be there to keep you accountable and to make sure you show up consistently even if that means not completing every workout. We focus on the consistency of showing up and building that habit instead of the ‘all or nothing’ approach.
Q: Are 30 minute workouts really enough?
Yes! At 8 weeks postpartum, you are still very much in the recovery phase and need to start out slow and progress gradually.
Q:What if i miss a workout?
Life happens. You don’t need to be perfect - you just need to be consistent. Jump back in the next day. We adjust. We don’t quit.
Q: What equipment do I need?
Just some dumbbells or resistance bands! Hell, your baby or some household items are fine to start. These are homebased workouts so you don’t need much.
Q: What if I can’t stick with it?
You’ve stuck with harder things. You’ll have me and the community supporting you, weekly check-ins, and clear goals to keep you accountable. Remember, we adjust not give up.
Q:What if it doesn’t work for me?
This works as long as you show up consistently (not perfectly), follow the plan, ask for support when you need it. If you do that, you’ll see results.
