I’ve been where you are.

I would look in the mirror and think “I don’t recognize her anymore.” I feared that I lost myself and would never get her back. That all I would feel going forward is uncomfortable and weak in my own skin and nothing more than “just a mom.”

I tried to stick with a strength training routine and prioritize nutrition to feel like myself again but I kept. falling. short. I would think “This isn’t me”. I know I need to make adjustments to my approach in order to stay consistent but the overwhelming mental and emotional work of being a mom, wife, and house manager would always win.

I would be good for 2 weeks, then fall off track. I just didn’t have the structure and flexibility I needed in order to stay consistent with strength training and my nutrition.

So, I looked at what my schedule was like. What my life as a stay at home mom of two looked like and how I could fit strength training into my routine without it feeling like another box to tick off of my to do list. I committed to just 4 workouts a week that were less than 1 hour each and made a go-to menu of dinners, breakfasts, and lunches that I knew I enjoyed eating and making, fit within our budget, and most importantly fit my time and reduced my mental load.

It changed my life.

I feel like myself again. The strong, attractive woman who was lost inside of me through the early stages of motherhood has finally returned. I’m the strongest I’ve been in years. Consistency is easy. Meal planning and cooking is something I look forward to.

I know you feel uncomfortable, weak, squishy, and maybe even ashamed of your body. You can get back to consistency and have the incredible effects it used to have on your body image, mental health, and see that attractive, sexy woman again. She never left you.

Why Work With Me

Because you deserve more than “just listen to your body” or a cookie-cutter plan designed for someone who isn’t you.

But more importantly? I’m a mom of two who’s lived through the chaos, the exhaustion, and the uncomfortable in-between stage of wanting to feel strong again but struggling to make it happen.

I know what it’s like to

>Feel like you’re living in someone else’s body and the desperate need to feel like yourself again

>Feel guilty for not showing up for yourself and your family like you did before this postpartum period

>Want to feel confident again without tracking every bite or obsessing over the numbers

So I built my coaching around what actually works for moms

>Strength training that supports your recovery and leads to feeling like yourself again that fits in with your schedule and values

>Nutrition that fuels healing, energy, and your milk supply and works with your time, your lifestyle, and eases the mental load

>A mindset that helps you feel empowered - not pressured

Motherhood changes everything - your body, your energy, your priorities. But it doesn’t mean you have to lose yourself in the process.

If you’ve ever thought I just want to feel like myself again,” you’re exactly who I coach.

You Don’t Have To Do This Alone

Postpartum can feel isolating - like everyone expects you to be exactly who you were before kids even though you haven’t felt like her in weeks or even months.

You deserve support that meets you where you are, honors your body, and helps you feel strong again - Inside and out.

This isn’t about “getting your body back.” It’s about giving your body what it needs now so you can move, lift, and live with confidence again.

You’ve put off prioritizing your needs for the sake of your kids. Now it’s time to take care of you.
