A customized strength training program that is based on your time, symptoms, goals, needs, and values that’s easy to adhere to. I create the pathway for you and guide you through the program for continued progress, ease your symptoms, and help you have the healthiest pregnancy that’s in your control.

  • 4 strength focused workouts created within your realistic timeframe (as quick as 20 minutes or as long as an hour)

  • Warm up and cool down routine

  • Access and track your workouts through the Everfit App

  • Progressive overload to increase strength and muscle mass

  • Reduce bodily aches and pains and symptoms of the pelvic floor such as pain and urinary incontinence

  • Improve energy levels

  • Maintain or improve muscle strength and mass

  • Weekly coaching calls for support, guidance, accountability, education, program adjustments if needed, and a listening ear

  • Nutrition guidance

  • Breathing techniques and positions to prepare for birth

  • Referral to healthcare providers such as OBGYN, Pelvic Floor PT, Registered Dietitian, massage therapist, etc.
