1 on 1 Prenatal and Postpartum nutrition coaching for first time mamas.
Know exactly what to eat to nourish your (and baby’s) body during pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and breastfeeding through a tailored approach that fits your specific needs, preferences, and symptoms. 12 week program.
Enrolling April 6, 2025!! Application linked below!
I help first time moms nourish their (and baby’s) bodies with confidence (and a lot of evidence based science)! No more more stress over what to eat, how to manage cravings, or how to heal after birth. I provide personalized guidance, easy strategies, and the support you need to feel your best during this special time. Let’s make nutrition simple so you can focus on what matters most - your growing family!
✅Go into a pregnancy or continue on with your pregnancy confidently knowing how to eat for your body and your baby for optimal nutrition while being able to make adjustments to better fit your symptoms and cravings
✅Be able to know what to eat to promote healing after birth and to support breastfeeding, if you choose to do so
✅No more Googling if “xyz is safe to consume while pregnant/postpartum/breastfeeding” and getting conflicting information. Through evidence based science and the latest research, you will save time, money, and your mental sanity by knowing exactly what to eat and what to avoid and why.
✅Have increased energy, faster recovery, better milk supply, and mental clarity all from nourishing your body with the proper nutrients
✅Learn about your physiological cues and how to stop eating when you feel satisfied and when/what to eat when hungry and how that might change throughout pregnancy and postpartum
✅Build foundational nutrition skills that will not only carry you through pregnancy and postpartum but throughout life (because it’s not enough to know what to eat if you don’t know how to eat, shop for, afford, store, prepare, and enjoy your food. It all comes into play!)
✅Meet your body where it's at and work towards the ideal/realistic habitual diet that fits you and your current needs and how to make changes when you desire or are necessary
✅Questions and prompts throughout each lesson to help keep you accountable and focus on the most important aspects of your prenatal and postpartum nutrition that weeds out the noise and ditches unrealistic expectations
✅Know how much protein and carbohydrates to consume to fuel your body during pregnancy and postpartum while strength training to build muscle and potentially lose body fat simultaneously, if this is safe and applicable for you postpartum (only mentioned in the protein and carbohydrate lessons. Not looking for body builders here!)
✅I will be there to support and guide you through the 12 week program with weekly e-mail check ins, 1 coaching call every 4 weeks, and e-mail accessibility during designated work hours. Always know the path moving forward to better and maintain healthy nutrition habits during pregnancy and postpartum.

Nutrition directly affects your health and the development of your baby. Proper nutrition supports fetal growth, reduces risk of birth complications, and helps prevent deficiencies that could lead to health problems for both you and your baby. Maintaining a balanced diet can help manage pregnancy symptoms like nausea, fatigue, and gestational diabetes. I’m all about real food, real results, and a real sense of humor.

Health At Every Size (HAES) Approach
This approach to nutrition focuses on tuning in to hunger and fullness cues, energy levels, and cravings to guide eating and activity timing and quantity. The focus is not on weight itself but on helping an individual make healthy lifestyle changes for long term sustainable health and enjoyment. You may have also heard of this approach as mindful eating or intuitive eating. This is a more holistic approach taking in all areas of health including spiritual, emotional, social, intellectual, environmental, occupational, physical, and mental health. Motivation is a very positive feeling but is often short lived. Sustainable change is achieved when the process of eating and physical activity is rewarding and enjoyable. While I am able to provide science-based evidence on nutrition and nutrition practices and coach you to help you discover the approaches and practices of nutrition that will work best for you, I am not able to diagnose or prescribe medication regarding physical or mental symptoms related to food or hunger. Please reach out to your doctor for a referral to a registered dietician or a professional who specializes in navigating internal battles with food, mood, and body image if you are concerned about your thoughts or actions revolving around nutrition.
