It’s time for you to feel like YOU again. Strong, capable, and not questioning if sneezing is a risky move. Your postpartum strength training program will be designed to build muscle, restore pelvic floor and core function, and actually stick to a routine (because who has time for lengthy, boring workouts?). Using general training principles (specificity, progression, overload, variation), I’ll create a program for you that works for your body and lifestyle so you can feel good, move well, and carry all the baby gear in one trip (because I know you are going to try to do it all at once anyway!).

For women between 12 weeks and 2 years postpartum. Must be cleared by your doctor for strength training!

Step 1: Choose the 12 week or 24 week option (see below).

Step 3: Wait for an e-mail from me to set up your discovery call (Call to talk more about your goals, to see if we would make a good team, discuss the process, payment collection, and coaching agreement signature)

Step 4: Work together for the next 12 or 24 weeks on improving muscle strength and/or mass to help you reach your goals and feel your best during your postpartum period!

Postpartum Strength Training Programs

  • Option 1 - 12 weeks

    • Build a solid foundation -Work on building muscular strength and muscle mass while improving the function of your core and pelvic floor muscles

    • $900.00 total cost for all 12 weeks (or 3 payments of $300.00)

  • Option 2 - 24 weeks

    • Build a solid foundation + build muscle size and strength. First 12 weeks focus on laying the foundation while improving the function of your core and pelvic floor muscles. The remaining 12 weeks builds off of your foundation to increase muscular strength and muscle mass.

    • $1,800 total cost for all 24 weeks (or 3 payments of $600.00)

  • 4 strength focused workouts per week (up to 5 depending on your goals and experience)

  • Each strength focused workout will fit into your realistic timeframe (as quick as 20 minutes or as long as 1 hour)

  • Warm up and cool down routine included

  • Access your customized strength training program through the Everfit App

    • video/photo demonstrations

    • exercises, reps, sets, rest times, weight to use, and notes provided for you by me

    • Receive reminder notifications for each workout, coaching call, and e-mail check-in for accountability

  • Strength workouts will be specific to your goals, use progressive overload to increase strength and muscle mass, use variation to keep making progress and reduce the chance of plateau

  • Cardiovascular fitness is incredibly important and encouraged outside of your strength training program! Walking, cycling, and swimming are a few options.

    What To Expect/Outcomes of Your Strength Program

  • Customized workouts that will be progressive, adaptable, and specific to your goals

  • Improve muscular strength and muscle mass

  • Heal and improve the function of your pelvic floor and core

  • Lift your child(ren) and carry them with less fatigue, get back to the activities you love, and make daily life tasks easier

  • Stay consistent and make steady progress with effort and accountability

  • Decrease body fat and “mom pooch” (which can be the last thing that you see changes with which is why it’s so important to stay consistent and put in the effort)

  • Feel confident and sexy in your postpartum body

  • Monthly coaching call for support, accountability, and to make adjustments to your program if necessary

  • Weekly e-mail check-in plus reach out to me Monday through Thursday via e-mail for support and guidance

  • Diastasis Recti Assessment

  • C-section scar massage guidance

  • Learn the connection breath and how to apply it to exercises and activities of daily living

  • Nutrition guidance and education

  • Comprehensive (local) referral network from OBGYN care to Pelvic health physical therapy to Chiropractic care to Counseling

  • Support. The postpartum phase is full of joy and excitement but also apprehension and uncertainty. As a mom of two, I am here to lend an ear and to refer you out to the proper healthcare provider when needed.
