Gentle Rebuild: The First 8 Weeks
We’ll start with gentle core and pelvic floor work, then progressively add strength training to help you move, lift, and live confidently again. No crunches, no high-impact activity. Just safe, smart training that meets you where you’re at.

Nutrition Coaching For Recovery
No restrictive diets or tracking. I’ll help you fuel your body to heal, support milk supply, and boost energy all while eating foods you actually enjoy.

I’m a certified prenatal and postpartum fitness coach, a pregnancy and postpartum corrective exercise specialist, and I hold my master’s degree in exercise science.
But more importantly? I’m a mom of two who’s lived through the chaos, the exhaustion, and the uncomfortable in-between stage of wanting to feel strong again but not knowing where to start.
