Hi, I'm Sarah.
I’m just your run of the mill stay at home mom of two who enjoys a healthy balance of exercise and nutrition, meaning moving my body and feeding it nutrient dense foods is very important to me but there are no hard rules and no restrictions on food. I believe all food can be a part of a healthy diet and the approach that works best is the one that is easy to adhere to, keeps you energized and feeling satisfied, includes all types of food (yes, even the dirtiest of them all), and is fun and doable across all decades of life. I got in to strength training my senior year of high school when I was so weak that I could barely carry a case of water (yes, like your typical case of bottled water that you can get at any grocery store). It has been an important part of my life, especially as a mom trying to do it all while carrying a baby on my hip and a toddler on my back (or foot, or leg, or you get it). Strength training helps me feel strong, powerful, and independent. I know I’m doing well by my body with the hopes that it will do well for me as I age and as the activities with my kids get more demanding. I don’t want to be stuck in a workout for long so efficiency and consistency is key for me. I know when it comes to coaching moms that time is of the essence and providing a customized postpartum strength training program or nutrition program that gets you the results you’re looking for in the most realistic time frame that fits in well with your schedule is what actually works. So whether you’ve just given birth or are a few weeks into postpartum, I’ll help you feel confident, healthy, and strong.

For women 12 weeks - 6 months postpartum. I don’t know about you, but I lost my sense of identity postpartum. I didn’t recognize myself in the mirror, my body didn’t feel like mine, and I was so sleep deprived and stretched thin I didn’t know where to start. That’s why I became a certified prenatal and postpartum fitness coach. To help women rebuild, reset, and connect with themselves again. I’ve been where you are. I understand the disconnect and the desire to feel good and look like yourself again. Nourished: The Fourth Trimester Refresh
For women 0 - 6 months postpartum. Been living off of scraps, coffee, and whatever you can find lying around that’s convenient? I get it. You’re probably ravenous, especially if breastfeeding. It can be SO hard to find a way to prioritize your nutrition when there’s so much going on. You’re probably also wondering, How much do I need to eat to support my milk supply? What nutrients are even transferred through breastmilk? Does food really help with healing my lady bits and if so, what foods do I eat? How am I supposed to keep track of all of this, stay on top of my nutrition, AND take care of my baby?? Don’t worry, girl. I got you!
