I know how it feels to look in the mirror and think “I don’t recognize her anymore.” The fear that you lost yourself and may never get her back.

I tried to stick with a gym routine, eat like I was single and still in my “gym rat” era, and prioritize me…but I could never stick with it.

It wasn’t until I let go of the strict “rules” I set for myself like “I have to workout 5 days per week and stop eating so many ultra-processed calories” that I finally started to see results.

Less restrictions, less time committed to my workouts, less of the “all or nothing” mindset.

I was finally able to stay consistent, eat in a way that supported my body and my taste buds, and started to recognize the person looking back at me in the mirror.
